Elsie antique sterling silver threepence earrings

These pretty silver coin earrings are part of the Saveena collection. The inspiration for this collection comes from the silver 'threepence' which was in circulation as currency in solid silver until 1919 (after that date these coins were silver plated). The name Saveena means 'Queen of All' and Elsie means 'Industrious'.

These coins are genuine antique sterling silver 'threepences' which were in circulation as currency in solid silver until 1919 (after that date they were silver plated). The earrings will be paired with the same Queen or King head and, subject to availability, I will match the dates on the coins too.

'Lucky' silver threepences are traditionally given for births, marriages and anniversaries as they are considered to promote good luck, prosperity and good health. The perfect gift for any one of these occasions! Take a look at some of the co-ordinating pieces in this collection such as Millie bangle, Evie and Clara necklaces and Ventura Coin bracelet.

The coins are 16mm diameter.

If you choose any of the co-ordinating items as well, I will match the King or Queen on the coins on all pieces for you too.
